Revolation X 3210 is the solution for commercial production! A deceptively space-efficient machine, the Revolation X 3210 can temper 3-10 lbs. of chocolate in about an hour. It is so simple that a novice can produce the same breathtaking results as a seasoned chocolatier. Digital temperature display presents data in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Our state-of-the-art microprocessor control card ensures tempering and holding chocolate to within 2/10th of a degree.
